What began at my grandmother’s craft table has grown into a passion project rooted in creativity, individuality, and giving new life to beautiful things. Each piece is thoughtfully curated, handcrafted, and designed to feel personal, expressive, and full of story.

  • The store is currently being build and is scheduled to open in March 2026. Once the store is open for customers the store will be open Wednesday-Friday 2pm-6pm and Saturday 11am-4pm

    Order Inspection & Reporting Damages

    We carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Upon receiving your package, please inspect your items immediately. If you notice any discrepancies or damages, you must report them within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution. Please contact us at louludesigns@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns on stocked items provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

    Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and received by Loulu Designs within 30 days.

    To start a return, please contact us at louludesigns@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Most of our designs feature a brass base plated in gold or silver, offering the beauty of fine jewelry without the high price tag. Unlike standard fashion jewelry that may leave behind a green tint, Loulu Designs pieces are designed for longevity—so you can wear them with confidence.

    To keep your jewelry looking its best for years to come, proper care is essential. While our pieces are made to withstand everyday wear, all metals are naturally prone to tarnishing over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and body oils. By following these simple care tips, you can preserve the beauty and shine of your Loulu Designs jewelry.

  • All of my products are shipped from my home studio in the upstate of South Carolina. Monday - Friday

  • Loulu Designs is not responsible for lost packages, once shipped.

    All packages will include tracking.

    All packages are shipped standard USPS shipping from South Carolina. Standard shipping can very depending upon your location from 3-7 business days.

    I currently only ship to the continental United States.

    Processing time: 2-5 business days.

    All packages are processed Monday - Friday, except for holidays.
